Cushioning is better and a little less strain on the lower back.
However, I have to admit that I thought the OEM Tuck roll might be better from a looks perspective.
If you are concerned about the position of the handlebar, you may want to add a HandlebarUp. I'm planning to add a HandlebarUp from HURRICANE.
