Read forum posts about this bike (Honda 2017 CBR1000RR) having false neutrals, and such an item would help resolve the problem as it reduces flex on the shift rod.Didn't face any false neutrals before installing this, but felt that gear shifting was a little jerky. After installing this, shifting gears felt very smooth. Glad i purchased this. Easy to install too. Remember to add grease!
