I've been commuting to work with Axis Treats for a while now, so I've had less time to use my Gratola. It's been 3 years since I changed my last Tire, and I have about 10000 miles on it, and I used this Tire last time too. It is a high grip BiasRoad tire and a long life masterpiece.
[How is it used?
Used on FTR223.
Applications:City driving, Touring, Circuit driving
Used for about a year. (It was replaced 13 years ago).
Replaced OEM K180 front and rear with same size.
F110/90-18, R130/80-18 both use HRange WT.
Was the one you received as per Image?
With the pattern as shown in the image, I thought the motorcycle would look chic.
I also felt that the Corner would be easier to turn since I would be changing from the OEM tire, which had a slight block tie tire, to the OnRoad tire.
How was your experience with it?
I'm sorry I can't give you an impression of the tire replacement.
It was just as I had imagined, and I remember that the replacement of the OEM K180 made the corners easier to turn, and also made it much easier to drive on the mountain roads with the longitudinal grooves cut into the road surface, which was a scary large change at that time.
It grips well at low temperatures, and its dry grip is quite strong.
It was the same tread I had worn on my first Circuit ride, and I was probably having so much fun that I was running on Adrenaline, but I didn't feel like I was going to fall at all.
The wet grip also has a lot of grooves, making it one of the best tires I've ever worn.
Life was quite short in exchange for the powerful Dry grip.
[Points to note]
FTR223 (Motorcycle with Spoke wheel) It is better to choose WT tires when using the TLTires, but it is better to use special products.
Also, compared to the OEM tire, the tire body is slightly heavier due to the increased width, and the fuel consumption is worse because of the increased ground contact area and resistance.
If you exchange them at the shop, you may be refused because the type and width of tires are much different from OEM.
How did it compare to other products?
Compared to Bridgestone BT-45
・Dry grip
TT100GP>BT-45
・Wet grip
TT100GP=BT-45
Quick turnaround of Cornering.
TT100GP<BT-45
・Life

Tire pattern is classic.
TT100GP>BT-45
The newness of the tire pattern

I guess the BT-45 above can be replaced by BT-46 in the current situation.
BT-45 for nimbleness (BT-46) I felt that I was better than that.

Motive for purchasing
I bought a used Motorcycle and rode it for about 6 months and the Tire is stiff and won't reduce the mountain I bought it because I thought I'd replace it anyway
Good points
I have a W800, and I'm on a W800, and it's the same Tire as the OEM, so I feel very comfortable with it I think
Installation difficulty
I had a friend do it for me, but it is a tube tire so it looks slightly difficultView Detail
It is the classic DunlopTT 100 GP that I chose by Tire exchange of W 650.
Personally, I think that there is no other Tire beyond this and that there is still demand for goods positioned in such vintage style Style is very good.
This Tire inherits the Pattern of the TT 100 tradition developed in the latter half of 1960. The thick and deep Groove is excellent in drainage performance, and it shows high Grip power with Wet.
Also, in order to achieve good matching with the mounted motorcycle, by Tire size "Double Radius" When "Single Radius" It adopts Smooth and realizes stable handling.
Furthermore, we tuned Compound for Production race aged in Circuit "TT1 GPCompound" To pursue performance in Street youth, demonstrate powerful and stable Grip power from low temperature.
Regarding taste and handling, it is not chilling "Tayaoka" It is an image with a deep taste.
It is 1 pc of recommendation for Motorcycle in a direction to run slowly without being hurried!
There is no rating of evaluation w grip because it does not ride on rainy days.View Detail
To be honest I felt this Tire is the best match for W 650. Both Design and Grip are good. I got about 10000 km. Although it is sometimes referred to as a Tube type, I think that it is sufficient if it can run 10000 km because it is inexpensive for performance.View Detail
